• Q I want to start my own business to sell my private label makeup products, how can I find a supplier?

  You can search the keywords of your products at www.google.com to check the web pages of several suppliers and you can confirm some professional ones to contact then select a final supplier to cooperate with or go to an exhibition(e.g. China Import&Export Fair) to source your preferred items of a supplier at your convenience.

• Q What is the MOQ of different makeup products?

  Generally speaking, the MOQ of each product depends on the packages and colors. For lipsticks and lipgloss, the MOQ is about 12000pcs/pattern,3000pcs/color. So the MOQ can produce 4 colors. For eyeshadows, MOQ is similar to lipstick.

• Q But my initial order is small, how can I continue?

  In this case, we have 2 options. One is lower the MOQ but the prices will be increased, the other is you pay the deposits of packages and we will purchase the packages as per MOQ and the remaining packages will be used in your repeated orders.

• Q I have some formula or I don't have a formula, how can I do?

  No worry, our researcher will check the ingredients of your formula to judge whether they are allowed used in the products and will make samples for your confirmation. If you do not have a formula, our researcher will choose a mature one from our collections and make samples for your confirmation then make necessary adjustments according to your feedbacks.

• Q We have our own selected packages and ingredients, just need you help us fill and pack, is it possible?

  This is the OEM method and we warmly welcome.

• Q Do your company have brands? Currently, I do not want to create our own brands, is it possible to be your agent in my country?

  We have our own brand. We can appoint you as our agent in your country but there is basic requirement that you shall order certain quantity from us.

• Q If all your listed products on your website are all not satisfied, how shall we go on?

  As you know, cosmetic products are personalized and customized, our listed products are regular ones. We can develop your own designed products together.
